About the service
Confirm Loan is a loan consultancy platform. We help you complete a loan application, verify your identity and bank account, and view loan options that may be available from lending partners. Confirm Loan is not a lender and does not itself approve, sanction or disburse loans.
Who can use Confirm Loan
To use the service you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and able to enter into a binding contract. You must have a valid PAN, an Aadhaar number linked to a mobile number you can access, and a bank account in your own name.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and OTPs confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One account may be used by one person only.
Information you provide
You agree that the information you provide is true, complete and your own. Providing false or misleading information may lead to your application being rejected, your account being closed and, where required, the matter being reported to the appropriate authorities. You authorise us to verify your information with verification providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Loan options and lender decisions
- Submitting an application starts an eligibility assessment. It does not mean a loan has been approved.
- Loan options shown to you are based on the information you provide and are subject to lender eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.
- The lender alone decides whether to approve your application, on what terms, and whether and when to disburse funds.
- Your loan agreement, if any, is between you and the lender. Interest, charges and repayment are governed by the lender's terms, which are shown separately from Confirm Loan's charges.
Charges
Confirm Loan does not charge you a fee to check eligibility, verify your details or submit your application. Lending partners set their own interest rates and charges, which they disclose in their Key Fact Statement and loan agreement before you accept. Never pay anyone to “secure” or “release” a loan; report any such request to us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other people's accounts, interfering with its security or operation, using automated tools to access it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Confirm Loan name, logo, website and app, including their design and content, belong to Confirm Loan. You may use them only to access the service for your own application.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Confirm Loan is not liable for decisions made by lenders, for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information you provide being inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where required by law. Information will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the service. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
